I train hard in small spaces.
I'm Nicole Kelly. Mom of three. ISSA-certified personal trainer. I built my body in a corner of my house and I want to teach you to build yours in yours.
Chapter 1 — Before this work
Before I became a trainer I was a stay-at-home mom. Before that I worked full time at an upscale salon — booking appointments, running the floor, watching the way professional women carried themselves through long days. And for seven years before that, I freelanced as a model.
Each of those chapters taught me something about discipline, presentation, and what it actually feels like to inhabit your own body in public. Then I had kids. Three of them. And the body I had inhabited so easily became unfamiliar overnight.
Chapter 2 — The decision
The decision moment was the SAHM season. Fitness had been my stress relief and my passion since my twenties. But when the kids came, it became something more — it became the one piece of my day that was unquestionably, non-negotiably mine. Thirty minutes in a corner of the house. Sometimes with a baby on the floor next to me. Always with the music up.
One day a friend texted: "I'd pay you to coach me." Then another friend. Then a third. The moms in my orbit kept asking. I kept saying I wasn't certified. They kept saying they didn't care. So I went and got certified.
Chapter 3 — Why this method
I won't lie to you with a transformation story I haven't earned yet. I haven't taken paying clients. What I have done is build my own body, in a small space, with limited equipment, for years — through three pregnancies and three postpartum seasons. The women who watch me do it want to know how. This is how.
"I feel as if the industry has become confusing for most women. Back to the basics."
No pressure on postpartum mothers.
Cockiness. Pushy sales. Shaming. "Bounce back in 8 weeks" lies. Selling you what worked for someone else's body.
Honest plans. Real timelines (6–9 months). Permission to be a person with a life. Strength that holds you up at hour fourteen of motherhood.
Back to basics, on purpose.
Four days a week. Compound lifts first. Enough protein. Walks. Sleep more than you scroll. Six to nine months of doing the boring fundamentals on purpose. That's the method. That's the whole method.

An unexpected fact
I train hard in small spaces. Not as a marketing line — as the actual way I have lived in my body for years. Everything you'll learn from me has been pressure-tested in a corner of an ordinary house, while ordinary life kept happening around it.
Ready when you are.
No hard sell. Just a conversation about your space, your schedule, and where to start.
